Freedom found in love lost
They say that sadness flies away on the wings of time. After the hurt has come and gone, the scars only remain.  I’m ready to feel weightless again; to let go and spread the wings. As our distance expands, I feel more whole again. With each discarded feather, a memory floats along with the wind.  In order to fly, I know I must guard them and not shed them all away in order to grow.

Thoughts on Black Swan
It was indubitably a very good movie and I would have hated it if it had ended differently. There were parts of the movie where my eyes were closed shut.  I’m not a fan of blood.  At all. I have always loved Natalie Portman. The music was very lovely. I will probably never watch it again.

Snow has begun..
They are calling for six to ten inches of it. I’m not pleased about it.  These storms inhibit my ability to do anything over break while I am home.  Almost everyone I care about is here.  Thus, when I am home, I pretty much am a social butterfly. Damn snow…

Catching up at a cafe
I spent the morning at a cafe catching up with my high school french teacher.  She has always been more like a friend. It was so pleasant to actually hold a conversation in French again.  There are days that I feel the need to, especially once I begin to think in it. I should return to France soon enough.  Maybe after college sometime…
